Dry Season: January - March
Full Day Off Shore
This time of year can be the best Blue and Black Marlin fishing in the world. The boats run 35 minutes south to calm and blue seas. It's not uncommon to catch 2 Marlin a day. There is also Sailfish, Dorado (Mahi Mahi), Big Eye Tuna, and Yellow Fin Tuna (up to 250 lbs) to be caught.
Half Day In Shore
Large world class Roosterfish abound along the shoreline, as well as small game fish such as Skipjacks, Jack Crevalle, Spanish Mackerel, and Rainbow Runner. The nearby reefs (a ten minute run) can produce some bigger fish such a Wahoo, Cubera Snapper, Grouper, Tuna, Dorado and maybe a Sailfish.
Green Season: April - December
Full Day Off Shore
This is the Sailfish season, it is not uncommon to see 30 Sailfish in a day, as well as Dorado and Tuna. The Marlin (Blue, Black and Striped) can come on strong at anytime.
Half Day In Shore
The local reefs, a ten minutes from the beach, are full of Tuna, Dorado, Wahoo and Rainbow Runner with always a chance at a Sailfish or a big bottom fish such as a Grouper or Amberjack. The angler can also catch large Sharks on the reef. We recommend the angler charter a full day for serious bill fishing.
