Adventure Combo
River Rafting or Tubing
Your adventure begins at Canyon de la Vieja at the foothills of the Rincon de la Vieja Volcano and national park. We usually begin the day with the dry activities.
The action starts just 100m from the entry where we start the first rapid & waterfall section. A little further are more rapids that take us to the “poza el mono feliz” where people can swim and rock jump. Then we continue passing the spectacular views of the canyon and stair stepping class III, after this we get to a drop called “El Loco”, which is a section of two curves with lots of action. Then the action continues with numerous class III rapids arriving right at the hotel.
Zip Line Canopy Tour
The canopy tour takes about 2 hours and has 9 lines and 17 platforms with most of the zip lines taking place over the river canyon offering incredible views. The longest line is 300m and there's a hanging bridge crossing the Colorado River Canyon.
Rappelling & Rock Climbing (optional)
Rappel down the rock face 20m with a nylon rope, figure 8 and total security. From the bottom, climb the impressive and exciting natural rock wall along the Colorado River Canyon. Don't worry if you can’t make it to the top by yourself, our guides can help pull you up to the platform.
Volcanic Mud Baths & Natural Hot Springs
Cover yourselves in warm volcanic mud, (don't forget those Facebook pictures!), then rinse off and climb into the natural hot springs from the Rincon de la Vieja volcano. Ahhhhh. Hang out as long as you like.
PRIVATE TOUR - Enjoy the same tour but without sharing your experience with strangers. You’ll have private transportation, your own personal guide and your own timetable. Minimum 2 people * Note that the adventure park is a public place so there will be others at the destination.
